The role The team acts on complex, high-value commercial litigation and regulatory matters, including court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations and negotiated outcomes. Work regularly involves multi-party disputes and matters carrying significant reputational risk. You will work closely with Partners in Melbourne and nationally, contributing to litigation strategy while managing matters day-to-day with an appropriate level of autonomy. The role will suit a Senior Associate who enjoys mentoring and supervising junior lawyers and thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment. Experience in commercial litigation gained in private practice is essential, and exposure to proceedings in the Commercial Court of the Supreme Court of Victoria will be highly regarded.
